Upon check-out, the owner's representative will thoroughly inspect the property's condition, and the security deposit will be returned to the lessee in full, provided there are no damages or breakages. If the villa sustains any damage or breakages during the rental period, both inside and outside, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.The damage deposit will be returned after the villa inspectionPool heating is included from May to October, available on request and at additional cost from November to April.
